Sales Agent for Language Services Division – ECU

We are a global language services provider, and we are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-driven salesperson.

The successful candidate will understand both the local and global markets, possess strong sales and interpersonal skills, develop new prospects and manage our relationships with existing clients to drive sales of our services.


Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Active sales, finding and reaching new clients.
  • Attaining sales objectives.
  • Promoting the company’s services, attending industry events.
  • Making cold calls, writing emails, and following-up with leads to increase sales.
  • Meetings and negotiations with clients.
  • Preparing quotations.
  • Maintaining client-related documentation.
  • Building client loyalty by cultivating relationships with existing and new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of business experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-driven, and have the ability to work independently.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience working for a language service provider is a plus.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Knowledge of and ability to implement main sales techniques.
  • Experience with bids and bidding documentation is a plus.
  • Strong business writing skills.
  • Skills and ability to create compelling presentations.
